Je hoort het overal. Kom van die stoel af, ga anders een stuk wandelen. Beweeg voldoende. Maar\u00a0waar<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00f3<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">m is bewegen zo belangrijk en hoeveel beweging is dan optimaal?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Om te beginnen;\u00a0wat zijn dan precies de\u00a0optimale\u00a0beweegrichtlijnen? Volgens het CBS gaat het om\u00a0matige intensieve inspanning voor\u00a0minstens 150 minuten\u00a0beweging per week, klinkt lang maar dat komt neer op 2,5\u00a0uur.\u00a0Hierbij moet je denken aan een lekkere wandeling of toch even een fietsritje. Ook kijken ze naar tweemaal per week een intensievere inspanning. Misschien kies je wel voor yoga of\u00a0liever\u00a0een goede\u00a0workout\u00a0in\u00a0de sportschool.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Genoeg beweging heeft enorme voordelen voor de algemene gezondheid. Je\u00a0verlaagt\u00a0bijvoorbeeld de kans op hart- en vaatziekten, doordat beweging ervoor zorgt dat\u00a0je hart en bloedvaten\u00a0hard\u00a0aan het werk\u00a0moeten. Daarnaast slaap je beter, krijg je een betere conditie en komen er zogenaamde\u00a0geluk hormonen\u00a0vrij,\u00a0waardoor jij je beter gaat voelen!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nu weten we een beetje wat het\u00a0inhoudt.\u00a0Hoe staat Nederland er dan voor?\u00a0En bestaat er een verband tussen de dichtheid van sportlocaties en de\u00a0naleving van de\u00a0CBS\u00a0sport-richtlijnen?\u00a0In 2020 voldeed m\u00e9\u00e9r dan de helft van Nederland aan de beweegrichtlijnen!\u00a0Laten we inzoomen. Per\u00a0GGD regio\u00a0zijn we gaan kijken\u00a0in welke mate zij de CBS sport-richtlijnen volgen.
