Afrofuturism is the connection between black culture, technology, science and philosophy. The event \u2018Afrofuturism: Black to the Future\u2019 tells stories about African resistance and hope, using sci-fi as well as Afro-Diasporic histories. Our reporter Naomi Aniba has discussed with Leiden University\u2019s \u2018Arts in Society\u2019 professor Vamba Sherif, who also is a writer and public speaker, about the future perspective of black culture.<\/p>\n
