Yet another blow strikes the Chinese community, as the Amsterdam Court of Appeal declares that Radio 10 DJ Lex Gaarthuis will not be prosecuted for his song Prevention is Better than Chinese<\/em>. Among many others, organisation Asian Raisins<\/a> was at the frontline of a petition signed to condemn the song as discriminatory.
