VINKEVEEN \u2013Angelique Streefkerk uit Vinkeveen maakt al enkele jaren beelden en schilderijen met powertex. Dit is een textielverharder op waterbasis. Doordat het materiaal erg veelzijdig is, vindt Angelique het erg fijn in gebruik. Voor de coronacrisis hield Angelique regelmatig Open Atelier<\/em> in haar werkruimte. Journalist Kim Suos sprak met Angelique over het gebruik van powertex en met een cursist over de workshops die nu stilliggen. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Met powertex kunnen materialen worden verhard die absorberend zijn zoals: textiel, papier en karton. Daarnaast is de textielverharder uitstekend te combineren met zelf hardende kleisoorten: beton, steen, keramiek, hout, zand en Stone Art. Het product droogt mat op.<\/p>\n

Lique\u2019s Creations & More
\n<\/strong>In Angelique haar atelier (Lique’s Creations & More)<\/em> aan huis, staan niet alleen haar eigen beelden maar ook die van haar cursisten. Ze omschrijft haar werk als herkenbaar, omdat ze alles afwerkt alsof het brons is.<\/p>\n

Door de coronacrisis zijn haar workshops tijdelijk stopgezet. Tijdens de creatieve lessen en (dag)workshops kunnen cursisten creatief aan de slag met powertex en andere materialen. Cursist Marleen heeft haar eerste workshop vier jaar geleden gevolgd en komt sindsdien wekelijks langs voor nieuwe creaties. \u201cJe kan ontzettend veel soorten dingen maken. Je bent even helemaal weg van je werk, weg uit de echte wereld. Je bent zo geconcentreerd bezig. Het is ontzettend leuk met Angelique en met de groep. Het geeft mij een goed gevoel dat ik steeds met leuke en nieuwe dingen thuiskom.\u201d<\/p>\n

Naast workshops die gericht zijn op powertex, geeft Angelique ook workshops waarbij cursisten met acryl op doek kunnen werken. Daarnaast doet ze ook glasworkshops en eens in het jaar epoxy workshops.<\/p>\n
