Ook voor studenten is dit voelbaar. Als we kijken naar ons buurland Belgi\u00eb, zijn de prijzen voor de studenthuisvesting goedkoper. Hoe ziet de studentenhuisvesting in Belgi\u00eb eruit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De toegang tot huisvesting behoort tot een&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.belgischegrondwet.be\/themas\/sociale-en-economische-rechten\/juridische-verdieping#:~:text=Ten%20derde%20verzekert%20artikel%2023,de%20huisvesting%20%27behoorlijk%27%20is.\">grondrecht<\/a>, zo ook in Belgi\u00eb. De markt van studentenhuisvesting staat bekend om zijn vraag en aanbod. Het zoeken van huizen in studentensteden wordt de student moeilijk gemaakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Moeilijke zoektocht<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In studentensteden zoals Antwerpen en Gent is het lastig om een kamer te vinden voor studenten. Zij moeten al maanden van tevoren een kot gaan zoeken. Een kot is een benaming voor een studentenkamer in Belgi\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vrt.be\/vrtnws\/nl\/2023\/02\/27\/cib-huurbarometer\/\">huurprijzen<\/a>&nbsp;stijgen ook steeds meer in Belgi\u00eb. Daarnaast verschillen de accommodaties enorm. Dit huizenprijzenprobleem speelt zich vooral af rondom de campussen van de universiteiten. Ook komen er scenario\u2019s voor dat verhuurders misbruik maken van de hoge vraag die op dat moment speelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prijsvergelijking:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer je een kamer zoekt in het centrum van bijvoorbeeld Amsterdam, betaal je al gauw de hoofdprijs. Voor een kamer in Antwerpen betaal je de helft van de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sirelo.nl\/verhuizen-buitenland\/verhuizen-belgie\/verhuizen-antwerpen\/\">prijs<\/a>. Voor een kamer met een oppervlak van twintig vierkante meter, betaal je in Amsterdam zo\u2019n achthonderd tot twaalfhonderd euro per maand. Als je kijkt naar Antwerpen in Belgi\u00eb, ben je per maand rond de vijfhonderd euro kwijt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oplossingen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universiteiten proberen samen te werken met partijen van buitenaf. Daarnaast proberen zij ook zelf studentenhuisvesting aan te bieden voor studenten. Dit doen universiteiten door gebouwen te renoveren, om op deze manier meer ruimte te krijgen voor studenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ook de verschillende&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bruzz.be\/onderwijs\/als-een-kot-een-luxeproduct-wordt-2022-04-28\">accommodaties<\/a>&nbsp;in Belgi\u00eb spelen een rol bij de oplossingen voor huisvesting. Zo zijn er studentenkoten, maar ook gedeelde huizen. Daarnaast is co-housing ook nog een optie voor de zoekende student.
