A little over a decade ago, the Hungarian government introduced the 2013-2020 plan. On the basis of laws which criminalized all drug use, possession and sale, they set a goal of making the whole country drug free by 2020. Now that two years since that deadline have passed, the country remains free of any form of drugstrategy. This has big consequences for many people involved with either drug use or drug prevention. In this documentary we speak with them and experience that even though the government doesn’t like the idea of drugs being within their borders, they most definitely are.
