Content creation & social media talent for impact startup with international exposure

Arctic Reflections is an impact startup on a bold mission to save the Arctic sea ice to counter global warming. The Arctic ice sheet functions as the world’s refrigrator by reflecting most of the incoming solar energy back into space. It is our aim to halt the current decline of the ice sheet by pumping water from below the ice sheet on top of it in winter, which will thicken the ice sheet making it more likely to survive the warm summer months.
Our approach is and will always be science based. Therefore, after having conducted promising theoretical and lab research, we will execute our field test end of March / beginning of April in Svalbard (Spitsbergen). We would like to communicate our progress of this field test via social media and online. For this we are looking for a content creation & social media talent.

Skills:
– Naturally skilled with text (English & Dutch)
– Proficient in social media, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
– Capable of independently editing videos
– Able to work with programs such as Photoshop.
We offer an opportunity to help making impact and gain experience with international and national media. We can offer a modest compensation.
