Ivona Nikolova from Bulgaria

Ivona Nikolova studies art & design in Groningen, Netherlands. He has been worked in student movies and in an independent movie called Who Killed Kenya. It`s a murder mystery and Ivona was the main set designer. She would like to have more experience in informative storytelling. “I study design, but I`m not sure if I want to be specifically product designer. I might be interested more in exploring different types of designs and writing about those designs.”

As a young child she always liked art. She made paintings and liked woodworking classes. In Bulgaria she studied arts in high school, where she became acquainted with children`s toys design. For Ivona it was important to get positive feedback from the school. “If someone tells you that you are good in something, you will be more confident.”
