Nanna Stenhede

Nanna Stenhede, a 24-year-old from Gothenburg, Sweden's second-largest city, is slowly carving her unique path into the world of journalism. After four gap years grappling with career choices, she initially aimed to become a veterinary nurse. However, destiny led her to journalism, where she found her passion. Currently, one and a half years into her studies, Nanna worked at a local newspaper last summer and fall, gaining practical experience. Her aspiration is to become a music journalist, driven by her deep connection to Gothenburg's local music scene. She draws inspiration from her music-oriented family and holds a special place in her heart for poetic lyricism of Swedish music. Her love for concerts, particularly those by her favorite band Kent, is imprinted in a tattoo. Despite their disbandment in 2016, Nanna has fond memories from attending numerous Kent concerts. She finds joy in her hobby - the band she’s in with fellow journalism students, exploring their creativity with instruments every Wednesday. Her artistic inclinations extend to watercolor painting, photography, video and television. Simultaneously an animal lover, she envisions exploring animal-related topics in her work. As Nanna continues her journey, she embraces the intersection of journalism and arts.
